Context
Entry point for building the planning and optimisation applications on top of an AIF Data environment that already has its calendar, dimensions and history loaded. It is step 8 of AIF Initial Setup process and mirrors phase 5 — Build Planning Applications of the P&C DR02 plan (DR02_Plan_BuildApps, RAP 26.1.201.1).
Everything here runs once per environment build. The first two sections feed every application that follows — do not start an application build until the data is in AIF Apps and in PDS.
Work in progress
Written up from the DR02 execution plan. Validation queries exist only for the AIF push and for LPO (in Build the LPO application); the remaining sections have no documented validation yet. Several tasks (Patch-Install, forecast run setup, business rules) are recorded as the plan named them, without screen-level detail.
Values are client specific
The child notes carry the P&C configuration — locale, time zone, currency, hierarchy levels, LPO/IPO switches. Treat them as a worked example to adapt, not as defaults to copy.
