Context
Bootstrap build of a planning application (MFP or AP) through its Online Administration Tools. Used by MFP Implementation and AP Implementation with the same settings. Run only after Send data to PDS tables — the postbuild_rdx batch enables the RDX integration and imports the initial hierarchy and data from PDS as part of the build.

- Submit and wait for the build task to finish.
postbuild_rdx sets RDX Enabled = True (so the application integrates data from AIF through PDS), loads the initial hierarchy and data files, and then runs the post-build batch. Oracle’s alternatives — set_rdx, post_hier, plain postbuild — are described in the RAP Integration chapter; use postbuild only for a GA-data-only build.
