IPO custom POM processes for Manage Data Upload

Context

The Manage Data Upload screen loads a replenishment interface by triggering a POM process, but the GA AIF DATA schedule has no standalone process wrapping each W_RTL_REPL_* job. Before Load the IPO interfaces can use the screen, create one custom process per job, enable it, and restart the scheduler so POM picks them up.

Steps

  1. POM > Tasks > Batch Administration.
  2. Select AIF DATA > Standalone.
  3. Click Create Custom Entity and choose Create Process.
  4. Enter the process name from the table below and add the matching job with Add Existing Job. One process per job — nine in total.
  5. Search for each created process and set it to Enabled.
  6. POM > Tasks > Batch Monitoring > AIF DATA > Restart Scheduler. Choose Activate — ignore any running/failed jobs and force close the scheduler day.
  7. Confirm the processes appear under AIF DATA > Standalone with their job attached.
