AP Planning Administration parameters

Context

Configuration step of AP Implementation (DR02 task Review AP parameters): create the item lifecycle attribute AP uses to tell seasonal from basic items, point the batch at it, and switch off the integrations P&C does not use. Done in the AP Planning Administration workspace. The lifecycle codes match DFLT_LIFE_CYCLE in RSE_CONFIG parameters.

Steps

1. Open Planning Administration > Product Setup.
2. Load the product attribute placeholders: Product Attribute = Item Lifecycle, Product Attribute Values = LLC and SLC.
3. Open Planning Administration > Batch Setup.
4. Make the measures Item Type Attribute, Product Attribute Value for Seasonal Items and Product Attribute Value for Basic Items viewable.
5. Set:

Product Attribute Value for Seasonal Items	SLC
Product Attribute Value for Basic Items	LLC
Enable RMF CS Integration	FALSE
Enable MFP CS File Integration	FALSE

6. Action > Commit.
