9 Integration with Oracle Digital Assistant
LPO is integrated with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) to streamline and simplify how users interact with complex business processes and data. By combining advanced natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and LPO’s pricing capabilities, this integration reduces manual effort and enables quick, conversational access to critical business information and guidance. With ODA, you can ask questions in natural language and receive actionable responses, whether they require data analysis or need to understand product features. Typically, questions fall into two main categories:

These conversations request real-time information directly extracted from business data. You might ask about current metrics, status updates, or filtered business insights. Examples include:
